October 23, 1973 – August 13, 2017
Peacefully in his sleep in St. Catharines in his 44th year. Max (5) and Eli (3) loved their Daddy to the moon and back. Cherished son of Heather Cook (Morrisburg) and Brian Cook (Ottawa). Beloved brother of Chris (Paul Scott). Uncle to Anna and Ben Scott. Hearts are shattered. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
