Condolence: I knew Hal in a professional capacity, as a translator. He introduced me to Spanish translation when I worked in multilingual translation and was my guide and mentor for many years until he retired. As others have said, he was a true gentleman and will be missed. My condolences to his family. May he rest in peace.
