Obituary for Ivan Coxon Naismith Tennant
Peacefully at the aged 86, on Friday, June 16th, 2017 at St. Vincent Hospital in Ottawa.
He will be remembered for his generosity to the less fortunate in our community, his church as well as his friends.
He was a world traveler and enjoyed taking cruises around the world. Sailing to Alaska, the Antarctic, the Pacific Ocean, the Atlantic, the Mediterranean and also in Australia and New Zealand. He has been to the Panama Canal and sailed the Caribbean.
And now his watch has ended, Ivan is finally at rest where he will be forever young in spirit.
A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, 971 Woodroffe Avenue, Ottawa, Wednesday June 28 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Paul's Presbyterian Church would be appreciated.
