Condolence: Dear Margaret, Mark and Anna,

I was saddened to read of Frank's passing. On account of his offer of a seasonal job in the Toronto Passport Office I became a public servant and enjoyed a wonderful career first in Toronto and then in Ottawa.

I am thinking of you all and remembering your kind hospitality over the years in Ottawa.
